Refund & Cancellation Policy

LifeNavia · Last updated: Oct 19, 2026

This policy applies to Pro subscriptions purchased from LifeNavia, operated by Origin Collective Limited (company number 16566341). It is written to comply with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

1. Your right to cancel (14-day cooling-off period)

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you have a legal right to cancel your Pro subscription within 14 days of purchase, without giving any reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Important — digital services and your cancellation right: LifeNavia Pro is a digital service that is available to you immediately upon payment. Under the Regulations, if you ask us to begin providing the Service immediately (i.e. give you Pro access right away rather than waiting 14 days), you are agreeing to waive your right to cancel once the digital service has been fully performed — but if you cancel during the 14-day period before it's fully performed, you may still be entitled to a partial refund reflecting the portion of the service you didn't use.

At checkout, you will be asked to confirm:

"I agree that LifeNavia Pro will begin immediately, and I understand that I may lose my right to a full refund under the 14-day cancellation period once I've started using Pro features."

If you do not tick this box, we will not activate Pro access until the 14-day period has passed.

2. How to request a refund within the cooling-off period

To cancel within 14 days of your original purchase and request a refund, contact us via our Contact page with your account email and the date of purchase. We will process eligible refunds within 14 days of receiving your request, using the same payment method you used to pay.

If you've used Pro features during that 14-day period, we may deduct a proportionate amount reflecting the value of the service already provided, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

3. Cancelling your subscription (after the cooling-off period)

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing — you will not be charged again — but:

  • You will keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period (monthly or annual, depending on your plan);
  • We do not provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period once the 14-day cooling-off period has passed, except where required by law or at our discretion in exceptional circumstances (e.g. a billing error on our part).

4. Free plan

The Free plan is not a paid product and is not subject to this refund policy. You can stop using the Free plan or delete your account at any time at no cost.

5. Billing errors

If you believe you've been charged in error (e.g. charged after cancelling, or charged the wrong amount), contact us via our Contact page and we will investigate and correct any genuine billing error, including issuing a refund where appropriate.

6. What happens to your data if you cancel

Cancelling your Pro subscription does not delete your account or your data — you'll simply return to Free plan limits (see our Terms of Service for current limits). If any of your existing data exceeds Free plan limits at the time of downgrade (e.g. more than 3 active habits), that data will be preserved but you won't be able to add new items in that category until you're back within the Free limit or resubscribe to Pro.

If you delete your account entirely, see our Privacy Policy for details on data deletion.

7. Your statutory rights

This policy does not affect your other statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable law.
